COMPUTER SCIENCE

Welcome to Computer Science Department

Mission:

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering was formed with the primary objective of providing world class education in the field of Information Technology.

Right from its inception, the Department has been offering excellent infrastructural facilities with a variety of computing platforms to aspiring professional students to meet the burgeoning demands of the IT industry.

The department endeavors to produce confident professionals tuned to real time working environment. The department offers excellent academic environment with a team of highly qualified faculty members to inspire the students to develop their technical skills and inculcate the spirit of team work in them.

The strength of the department is highly motivated students who understand the dynamics of the industry and hone their skills accordingly. The students of the department get placed in premier Indian and multinational IT companies and go on to attain prestigious positions.

Objectives:

• To provide every student with a strong conceptual foundation in the core areas of Computer Science.

• To enable students to engineer ingenious computing hardware and software solutions with the greatest degree of accuracy, flexibility and based on the latest engineering paradigms..

• To familiarize students with the latest in software and programming tools.

• To provide the greatest amount of pragmatism in approaching an engineering solution.

• To provide students with hands-on engineering experience through laboratory courses and project.

• To coach students to work in teams and provide insight and direction into the atmosphere as might be encountered by professionals in the field.

Department Labs:

• Operating System Lab: In the operating system Lab students implement CPU utilization algorithm & programming, memory allocation & de-allocation. They are also implementing screen saver, system calls & interrupt handling.

• OOP’S Lab: In the OOP’S Lab they implement application program using J2EE for the maximum utilization of CPU using Multithreading, Java applets, JDBC concepts.

• Data Base Management Systems Lab: In this lab oracle 10g is used to perform all the Database operation like database design creation at structure log file, control file and also DML, DCL, 7C4 DDL commands of Database in oracle 10g.

• WEB Technology Lab: All the advance experiments based on the Internet application, server side implantation with the help of web server and detail working of web server , Data Base server.

• Compiler Design Lab: In this lab the complete concept of compiler design working and implementation using different tools like ( Yacc etc..)

• Project Lab: This lab is having very good computing power with latest H/W & S/W like ORACLE 10G, J2EE1.5,MATLAB 7.0,ViSUL STUDIO 2008,JWS ETC.

• Software Engineering Lab : Rational Rose, WIN Runner Lotus notes, IBM TESTING TOOLS Software Engineering tools are used for testing & for other software development life cycle concept.

• C Language lab: In this lab fundamental of programming concept like data types, Conditional & Control statement, Array, Structure, Union are implemented using Turbo Compiler C++. New Lab Set Up 1. Data Mining Lab – This is the new lab introduced in computer center.

Multimedia Lab - Multimedia lab is designed to give exposure about various multimedia software like Dreamweaver Flash, Maya, Adobe- Photoshop, Premier, Pagemaker, 3DMax and various animation tools.

In addition, patients were classified as either non-obese (with a body mass index [BMI] < or = 29.9 kg/ml) or obese (BMI > or = 30.0 kg/m2) to test whether the rate of weight gain during treatment periods was related to initial BMI.RESULTS: Across all treatment periods, weekly weight gain was as follows: 0.89 lb/wk (0.40 kg/wk) on atypical antipsychotic medication, 0.61 lb/wk (0.27 kg/wk) on typical antipsychotic medication, levitra australia and 0.21 lb/wk (0.09 kg/wk) on no antipsychotic medications. The atypical antipsychotic versus antipsychotic-free comparison was significant (F = 3.51; df = 2,231; p = .031), while the typical antipsychotic versus antipsychotic-free comparison was not. Among the individual atypical antipsychotic medications, significantly more weight gain occurred during olanzapine treatment (1.70 lb/wk) (0.76 kg/wk) than with either clozapine (0.50 lb/wk) (0.22 kg/wk) or risperidone (0.34 lb/wk) (0.15 kg/wk) treatments (F = 7.77; df = 2,117; p = .001). Milk is contributing less to Ca intake than in the past and increased consumption should be encouraged. Ca fortification of flour remains an important source of Ca. Therefore, unless viagra for sale dietary habits are modified to ensure adequate Ca from other sources, increased consumption of unfortified products from outside the UK will lead to a further reduction in Ca intake.. The Hox gene cluster has a crucial function in body patterning during animal development. How and when this gene cluster originated is being clarified by recent data from Cnidaria, a basal animal phylum. The characterization of Hox-like genes from Hydra, sea anemones and jellyfish has kamagra australia revealed that a Hox gene cluster is extremely ancient, having originated even before the divergence of these basal animals.. FCM1, FCM2, and FCM3 were compared with HM performed by a single trained technician for 39 semen samples (triplicates) of various quality. Compared with HM, FCM1 and FCM2 overestimated the sperm concentration by 14% and 8%, respectively, against only 4% per million sperm for FCM3, which was effective for the kamagra australia full spectrum of sperm concentrations (except azoospermia). In conclusion, this study demonstrates that human sperm concentration can be accurately assessed by the FC method combining gating on cell size, granularity, and DNA staining.. Its utility in treating patients with mitral stenosis and combined mitral and tricuspid stenosis is well established. Seventeen patients with valvular pulmonic stenosis (age 32+/-16 years; 11 males and 6 females) achieved significant reduction of peak systolic gradient (PSG) from 125+/-28 to 32+/-16 mmHg (P<0.005). Four patients with inferior vena-cava obstruction (age 20-48 years; 3 males and 1 female) derived symptomatic benefit following successful dilatation.
